Week 0 

  • Story (0): “The Gallery Store at SCA is opening in July, and I'm one of their first artists!”

  • Optional: The Gallery Store logo

Week 1 (Install / Drop-off week)

  • Story (1): “Heading to Sausalito / drop-off day”

  • Optional: quick clip of your work being unpacked or the space

Week 2 (Soft opening July 3)

  • Post (1): “My work is now at The Gallery Shop” (include logo + 1–3 images of your work)

  • Story (1): “Now open” + hours if you want

Week 3 (Opening reception week, July 11)

  • Story (1–2): Reception invite + you in the space (or a favorite piece)

  • Optional: short clip with another artist, “Come meet us”

Weeks 4–5 (Mid-rotation, keep momentum)

  • Story (1): Feature one piece and why you made it

  • Story (1): “If you’re in Sausalito this weekend…” gentle reminder

Week 6 or 7 (Final stretch)

  • Post (2): “Last chance to see my work at SCA” or “Still available in The Gallery Shop”

  • Like, share, and retweet posts from other artists participating in the Gallery Store and from the Sausalito Center for the Arts.

  • Share positive news about participants and their submissions to the Gallery Store.

  • It’s okay to repeat shares in stories! Some people may not have seen it in the 24-hour window.

  • Reels are a great way to get more traction on Meta's (owner of Facebook/Instagram) algorithm.
