A new way to discover, celebrate, and take home original work by Bay Area artists.

This summer, we will introduce The Gallery Store at SCA, a warm, curated destination celebrating the originality, craftsmanship, and creative spirit of Bay Area artists.

The Gallery Store will offer visitors even more opportunities to discover the remarkable talent that lives and works right here in our region. From one-of-a-kind artwork to thoughtful, giftable pieces, this new space is designed to make it easier to connect with artists, learn about their process, and bring home work that feels personal, meaningful, and full of heart.

Every artist featured in The Gallery Store will be an SCA Artist Member, and each rotation will include a carefully selected collection of work that reflects beautiful materials, skilled hands, and a deep respect for craft. Through artist bios, behind-the-scenes stories, and rotating “Learn More” features, visitors will be invited to spend time with the work and connect with the people behind it.

Most of all, The Gallery Store is community powered. Every visit, membership, and purchase helps support local artists and strengthens SCA’s ability to create more opportunities for Bay Area artists to thrive.

We cannot wait to welcome you into The Gallery Store soon and share more of the extraordinary creativity that makes this community so special.

SUBMIT YOUR ARTWORK

We are accepting applications from artists for our Fall 2026 Gallery Store rotation!

If you’re an artist dedicated to craftsmanship and want to share your work in a vibrant community space that celebrates diverse artistic expression, submit your artwork for consideration and join us in enriching our cultural landscape.

The Gallery Store features:

  • Work by approximately 30 Bay Area artists per rotation

  • A mix of 2D, 3D, jewelry, ceramics, fashion, and more

  • Multiple pieces from each artist creating a rich and varied experience

  • Rotations of different artists 2–3 times per year; Spring, Summer, and Fall

  • Price points under $1,500 with preference for artwork under $500

This is not a themed call. We simply want to see your signature work. The pieces that best represent your voice, your craft, and what you love to create. You should have a cohesive body of work, a minimum of 10 pieces available for the rotation, and be able to show your artwork September & October. Artist membership with SCA is required ($95) but no hanging fee will be charged in 2026 as we begin this new program.
